How do I change my log in email?

Go to Settings → Profile. You can change your log in email in the Profile section. Remember that changing your log in email also changes the address to which your notification emails are sent.

How do I change my Bench password?

To change your Bench password, go to Settings → Profile. Scroll to the Security section and click Edit. Enter and confirm your new password. Click Save.

How do I upload files to Bench?

There are two ways to upload files to Bench—in the Bench app or via email. When uploading files, keep in mind that not all file formats are supported. How do I delete a file?

Go to Documents → Uploads. Check the boxes beside the file(s) you want to delete. A pop-up will appear. Click Delete.

How do I download my uploaded files?

Go to Documents →  Uploads. Check the boxes beside the uploaded files you want to download. A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the page. Click Download.
